Registering a Competitive Team with CHSA

SPRING 2026 Registration starts December 1st.

​

Competitive Team Registration Fees: 
 

Coaches & Managers: $5 each

 

Fall $60.00 per player & Spring $60.00 per player ( For Approved Teams to Practice in Cedar Hill at Valley Ridge)

 

Currently Approved Clubs: Avanti and DKSC.

Fall $30.00 per player & Spring $30.00 per player (Will NOT Practice in Cedar Hill)

Teams wanting to Practice in Cedar Hill MUST Apply to CHSA for Approval. (Fees are $60 Per Player in the Fall AND Spring) Send Email to: John Torres - john8ut@utexas.edu 

Registrar has no authority related to practice space.  Cedar Hill will contact you with information regarding process required for practice at Valley Ridge.

Payment Options
Only Credit card payments are accepted.  Gotsport system does not accept echecks.

Reminders:

 

Competitive player form is now completed by parent online.  Your club administrator should be able to help.  If you

need help, call me.

​

To transfer a player, Upload Form Processed by NTX in CHSA-Competitive Team Home Registration Fall 2025/Srping 2026, in player's account.  Update jersey numbers.  Use the Notify button to let the registrar know there are changes to your roster.

​

If you need to release a player, complete the form and submit to North Texas.  Brittany will remove player herself.  You do not need to upload anything.  NEVER RELEASE A PLAYER YOURSELF.

​Changing/adding a Coach/Manager/Assistant: Background Check AND Safesport Training are Required before being able to be added to roster.​

NTSSA/USYS Online Competitive Membership Form for every player
Proof of Age - Birth Certificate

Team Club Fact Sheet, no longer required to be uploaded. NTX just asks that you keep it handy in case they ask you for a copy.

ONCE AGAIN, Background Checks & SafeSport are Mandatory for Coaches & Managers. ALL who
complete a Background Check are also required to do Safe Sport. You cannot be placed on a
roster with just ONE of these completed.

Home Association Responsibilities to Teams
Verify Birth Certificates, and releases, when
uploaded.

Verify jersey numbers; no duplicates

Verify all Coaches; Managers have done Background check & Safesport.

Generate North Texas Official roster.

​

Deadline for roster changes/updates is 6pm Thursday night.
