Registering a Competitive Team with CHSA
Spring 2024 Registration starts December 1st.

Competitive Team Registration Fees:
Coaches & Managers: $5 each
Fall $60.00 per player & Spring $60.00 per player (Approved Teams to Practice in Cedar Hill)
Currently Approved Clubs: Avanti and DKSC.

Fall $30.00 per player & Spring $30.00 per player (Does Not Practice in Cedar Hill)

Teams wanting to Practice in Cedar Hill MUST Apply to CHSA for Approval. (Fees are $60 Per Player in the Fall/Spring) Send Email to: John Torres - john8ut@utexas.edu

Only Credit card payments are accepted. New Gotsport system does not accept echeck.

To transfer a player, Upload Form Processed by NTX in CHSA-Competitive Team Home Registration Fall 2023/Spring 2024. Update any Changes (Jersey #, Address, Etc)​

To delete a player, upload Release Form processed by NTX in CHSA-Competitive Team Home
Registration Fall 2023/Spring 2024.

Changing/adding a Coach/Manager/Assistant: Background Check & Safesport Training is
Required before they can be added to roster.​

Paperwork Uploads
Paperwork: NOW GOES UPLOADED IN PLAYER PROFILE. BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR ALL
PLAYERS MUST BE UPLOADED, EVEN IF THEY’VE BEEN VERIFIED PREVIOUSLY. NEW SYSTEM,
NEW START, NO EXCEPTION!
Required Forms to be Uploaded:

NTSSA/USYS Competitive Membership Form for all players, 1 per player
Proof of Age - Birth Certificate
Team Club Fact Sheet, no longer required to be uploaded. NTX just asks that you keep it handy in case they ask you for a copy.
Background Checks & SafeSport are Mandatory for Coaches & Managers. Everyone who
completes a Background Check is also required to do Safe Sport. You cannot be placed on a
roster with just ONE of these completed.

Home Association Responsibilities to Teams
Verify all paperwork: Competitive Membership Forms, Birth Certificates, and releases, when
uploaded.
Verify jersey numbers; no duplicates
Verify all Coaches; Managers have done Background check & Safesport.
Generate North Texas Official roster.

Deadline for roster changes/updates is 6pm Thursday night
