ACADEMY ONLY PLAYERS

(This is a player that is not playing on a Recreational team)

ALL NEW PLAYERS NEED TO CREATE A NEW GOTSPORT ACCOUNT
WHEN THEY REGISTER

All players must have an Academy form to be able to practice with a Competitive club or play in the Academy League. When you register in Fall, it's for one year.

Once registration is completed form must be approved by the CHSA registrar.

ARE GOOD UNTIL JULY 1ST 2024 -

Players NOT registered in the Fall need to
register for the SPRING 24

Once registered your player's academy form will be complete when the player's birth certificate has been uploaded and verified with your paid

registration.

The completed Academy form will be in the player's profile under forms, then in PAST FORMS. This registration is valid for the full-year.

There are NO REFUNDS for Academy Only Players.

If playing on a recreational team you do not do this registration. Contact registrar.chsa@gmail.com to get the link to process your form for academy play.
