TWO WAYS TO ORDER:

1. Call 1-800-575-1603 and speak  directly with a customer service representative. Mention to the phone representative that you are part of the Cedar Hill Soccer Association.  This will give you the END COLUMN pricing for all orders.  This means you get the biggest discount price available, no matter the quantity you order!!! 

2. Go to www.protimesports.com and look at the left side navigation and scroll down to F.A.Q. and follow the steps to order online.  Email your order form to sales@protimesports.com.  Write on the order form the cost for END COLUMN pricing, and note that you are with CHSA. 

SPECIAL NOTE: Not only will you receive the end-column pricing for all items ordered, but your uniforms will include a free CHSA logo on the left "pocket" area.  Be sure to request this when you order as they may not include it otherwise.
